I am proud to have some of my talented and hard-working students come and help with the installation of the PRODUCE exhibition today at The WAH Center in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Seven students from three schools showed up and we transformed the gallery and cranked out two big installations with their help.  (Also present but not pictured, Mint and Monica).  Thank you all!

PRODUCE Drawings at WAH Center

I will be showing 50 Produce drawings never exhibited before during The WAH Center’s Spring Fling exhibition and events.  These works are drawn from life and include the actual stickers found on them at the grocery store.  PRODUCE is a solo exhibition on the first floor of The Williamsburg Art and Historical Center from April 21-May 27, 2012.

J.A.P. at Fountain Fair

This year’s Fountain Fair at the 69th Armory on Lexington Ave was the most attended Fountain Fair to date.  I had works on view at FAFA’s (Francesca Arcelisi Fine Arts) Booth and also showed a couple of pieces with The newly founded Hullabaloo Collective.  Thanks to FAFA and the fair, my latest U.S.A. map now has new permanent home.  My new friend and fellow Potatoist Martin Bromirski wrote a nice post about the Hullabaloo show at Fountain that can be found on his excellent Art blog anaba where you can see a picture of the back of my new work “World All Washed Up”.
