“Potato Guy (Professor Jeffrey Allen Price), Creating, carving and molding one of America’s favorite vegetables”

I was very surprised and honored to be listed as the ‘#1 Remarkable Person at Hofstra University’ by Pulse Magazine in the 30 Most Remarkable People, Spring 2009 issue.  Mostly surprised, as I was informed after only four weeks on the job at Hofstra teaching Art History classes for them!  A photograph of me wearing my Potato MASQ is featured on the cover, and an interview and photograph by Jacqueline Hlavenka can be found on page 6.
