I have converted an empty storefront on Main St. in Riverhead, NY into THINK POTATO INSTITUTE, part museum, part think-tank and part education center.  This exhibition includes my collection of potato-themed art, artifacts, research, books and collectibles from around the world.  This center for potato research is temporarily on view at 127 E. Main St. in Riverhead, NY.
