At WET FEST – August 28, 2010 – 11am-6pm – McCarren Park in Brooklyn, NY
I will be presenting the latest in my series of anti-monuments: ICEBELISK. ICEBELISK is an obelisk made of ice that will be erected at high noon (Stofka Garden) and be on view until it melts away and vanishes like a lost civilization or fallen empire.
WET Festival includes work and performances by 17 NY-based artists. Curated by Elliot Lessing. For more information visit WET FEST online.

That was a beautiful day and the Ice Obelisk looked great. Good Job! I just love the simple beauty of the work with so many different deeper meanings just a thought away.
Very simple but works well for the theme
